Food for Life is an award-winning Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) program designed by physicians, nurses, and registered dietitians that offers cancer, diabetes, weight management, employee wellness, and kids classes that focus on the lifesaving effects of healthful eating. Each class includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote health, along with cooking demonstrations of simple and nutritious recipes that can be recreated easily at home. Thrive! with Plant-Powered Nutrition is a six-week, evidence-based, online course for cancer survivors, those newly diagnosed with cancer or anyone concerned about their cancer risk, that walks you through everything you need to know and do to embrace a whole food, plant-based diet including meal plans, templates, checklists, activities and more. I make it easy, simple and fun and am available to hold your hand through the entire process. You receive personal support from me throughout the entire course.
