My name is Tracie and I teach cancer survivors, those at risk for cancer – and pretty much anyone else who wants to learn – how to achieve optimal health and thrive on a whole-food, plant-based diet.
The whole-food, plant-based movement is gaining momentum each and every day and it’s no surprise. The evidence is clear that when you embrace this way of eating, you reduce your risk for the many chronic diseases that plague the western world today – AND you can also experience other dramatic improvements to your health. I’ve lost a dear friend to cancer and both of my parents are cancer survivors. Nearly everyone in the western world today is impacted by cancer in some way – either directly or indirectly – and it just doesn’t have to be. I am on a mission to help those who want to learn how to embrace the power of a whole-food, plant-based diet to fight cancer and support optimal health. The good news is that the same diet that supports cancer recovery/remission is the same diet that reduces your risk for cancer in the first place!

Why “Sage?” – First, it’s one of my favorite herbs! Second, the word comes from Latin salvia meaning “healing plant,” which really resonates with me. And, last but not least, when used as an adjective it implies “having, showing, or indicating profound wisdom.” And there’s nothing smarter you can do for your health than to eat a whole-food, plant-based diet!
